We arrived impromptu without reservation, and they still accepted us! We were in the cozy VIP room, which had a jacuzzi, sauna, and a shower. We really liked the place and had a great time

An amazing place for some quality relaxing time with your partner. Everything is clean and nice. Specially the full mini bar is a nice bonus.

Missing one sauna(should be there 2 sauna, but only 1 sauna was in the room) , no one was there to open us. We enter after 10 minutes.

What a disappointment. There is a penetrating sewer smell everywhere in the spa, even when you are in the jacuzzi or in the shower you can still smell it. Very unpleasant and downright dirty! The bed also smelled so bad that it was unbearable. The minibar in the room was empty, so getting a drink whenever you want is impossible. When we asked if we could order something from outside, we were also told that that is not actually the intention. All in all absolutely not recommended. We even left earlier, because we no longer felt comfortable here.
