  Beautiful collection. I have been there three different times now and every time I have been completely ignored by the women working there. Not even a hello, only whispers and stairs making me feel not welcome. They really have a target customer and what a pity their selection really is nice. If we are not Dutch and older than 35, we are not viewed and treated like potential buyers. However, younger employees (in their 20s) are polite, when there are some.

  Beautifully curated selection of premium brands that you won't get everywhere. Large store, very welcoming stylists, great atmosphere, super relaxed. Lotte herself gave me fab recommendations and I bought a bunch of great pieces. My husband also really liked it - we will definitely be back regularly

  They have a beautiful collection and the store is big. I was actually interested in buying some new clothes but no one greeted me. I visited a second time and even while it was not crowded inside and I stayed for a while they acted as if I were a ghost. Maybe because I am not the typical customer they like to help. I will never set a foot in this store again. Near to this store I went to another boutique with designer clothes. A lot smaller than this store but they were so helpfull and happy to help me. I walked out with some nice pieces. It feels good to be treated like a human.

  Very expensive but excellent selection of ready to wear on trend/high quality. Alterations were included in the price and done very well within a few days. Will be back.

  Such a wannabe shop with snotty girls who have a very limited look at the world and shops customers. Did not know that this type of shop is still around, an absolute low point in the city centre of Eindhoven.
