I ordered almost 2 sweet pink asics more than 1 week after 3 emails and several calls, no response, I find this very unprofessional! I hope I still get my shoe, I paid 250 for it!!

Scammers!! Order paid and not received! No way to contact the company, no response!! If we have not received an order or money back by the end of this week, we will report it to the police!

After posting an earlier review because there was no other way to contact concept R, my package was shipped immediately! Delivered the next day, but the order was incorrect... Only received half of the order. Emailed, called and DMed about this again but got no response!!

Placed an order on December 16th and have not received anything to date. The website states that orders are shipped within 1-2 days, which has clearly not been adhered to. What is even more frustrating is that there is absolutely no way to get in touch. I have emailed, called and even left a message on Instagram multiple times, but with no response. My son is still waiting for his Christmas present. This is not only disappointing but unacceptable.
