Was persuaded by the salesman to buy a polo. Came home, tried it on again and it turned out to be too small. If you go back a few days later to return it, you won't get a refund. So I picked out something new that was €10 cheaper than the previously purchased polo, but even such a small amount is difficult for them to redo. Final score is stuck with a tenner voucher and will never go back. For the standard collection/brands they have, I would definitely go to another store. Bijenkorf has virtually the same and better service, which is a shame because that is precisely where small entrepreneurs should be able to distinguish themselves.
