  I lost my ring there and I went and ask the employees if they had found my ring but the employees didn't even try to help me. a couple of days later I called there and it was found and the first person that answered the call the whole time during the call she keep saying like huh… and she doesn’t really understand English i guess. She really made me very upset if she can’t understand or something like that she could pass the phone to someone else faster. bad service. (I felt like the ring already have found the same day But like i said the employees didn’t try to help. They didn’t even ask other employees if they have found the ring.) to be honest this was the worst service i ever had. Thanks to the person that found the ring and was really good service of her.

  Since the new layout of the store, it looks so much better! It way more organized and calm looking. The lady behind the counter was friendly and helped me with my retour

  I bought 3 items today, after billing and going out, the alarm beeped twice. The employee did not check the clothes properly. The third time another employee appeared and checked and agreed it was their mistake as they did not check the clothes properly for additional security tags. I asked her if she could help me fold jacket to keep in my paper bag, she rudely said no to my face. Worst experience ever👎👎👎👎 Never going back again

  Stradivarius has nice clothes at good prices. However, watch out with returns! I returned a pair of jeans and the employee (I think she was the store manager) accused me to have worn them and washed them! Because the internal label seemed a bit washed out. This was true but that's how it was when I bought them! I swore I never used them and let alone wash them but she didn't believe me and went on accusing me! She wasn't even listening to me. Besides, how could I have washed them if the paper label stapled on the rear was still intact? That's not how you treat a customer. After I tried to explain, at least she gave me a voucher of the same amount as the jeans price (if I understood correctly, which was difficult because she was speaking super fast and from behind the plexiglass).

  Bright new shop with fashion for ladies in brilliant colours. Bringing the warm sun from South Europe to Eindhoven, the city of light!! Nice staff welcoming customers with a sunny smile and ready to help with advice. Designs of the clothes are not only colourful but also challenging.
