Normally this shop was one of my favourites, have bought multiple shoes from them. Usually their personel are helpful and nice. Today however the male shopkeeper seemed to have had a bad day, he didn't seem to like people with a kid in the shop. We left the shop feeling quite annoyed and un-welcomed.

If I could give less than 1 star I would do so immediately. Very bad service. Especially because of the racist staff. They didn't want to help us because they assumed that my acquaintances were of Russian descent, and we had to speak Dutch.

Arendonk Eindhoven, bad experience with the manager. I spoke to her, a week later I come back with shoes that show defects in a very short time. First I get the response that it wasn't her, I know this 100% for sure. Then, it's my feet.........., while another girl who works there clearly says this shouldn't be possible. Too bad.
