  Bad experience with the personal for more than two times. Not open to help with the material (two years ago) and not helping to calculate if I need 2 or 3 packs of vlieseline (now). After asking for help I was getting rude and personal abusive answer. Is it because I speak English? After rushing through the rush hour and finally getting into the shop at 16:55 the personal was not helping with what I was asking more than once and at the end was not selling me the material, because I gave feedback that it is complicated in the interactions and I don’t know why… and was told not to come anymore. Is it how you treat a customer? Regarding your answer: I am Cristian and respect & the truth are very important to me, it seems like we have different values. Unfortunately, that reply confirms my experience. I won’t return and won’t recommend your store, as I would like to be seen, heard and helped in a store and having a respectful communication.

  Worst quality fabrics I have ever bought. Save your money. When you go back and report this in the store, you will be yelled at and shouted at threateningly. "Drag me to court!!" I left with shaking hands, the aggression that I received. I left the fabrics there (because they were worthless) and got nothing back. €100 wasted. If you still want to put it to the test, wash the fabrics separately a few times with a white piece of fabric next to it, then you can see if the fabric still gives off. That prevents you from immediately coloring your entire wardrobe pink or gray, and from having to remove all the lint from your clothes with a lint roller for hours. But even better, buy fabrics with decent quality somewhere else, sold by people with quality. That will save you a lot of energy and money and washes. I did 15 washes to see if the fabrics could be saved, but unfortunately.

  What a beautiful thing. Nice range and very customer friendly. These two brothers "grew up in fabrics from an early age" and it clearly shows. Enjoyed wandering around for an hour, picking out fabrics. And we have succeeded very well in this. What a great collection. To get started with the four fabrics, I added zippers and yarn. Personally a fan of Güterman, but the owner spontaneously gave me a spool of Mettler to try out. Look: that's service. Glad we discovered this fabric store.

  Beautiful fabrics but the man in the store is grumpy. Another customer came out of the store and said he's always like this. That's a shame because it makes the shopping experience less enjoyable.
