They have their own exchange rates that are way different than the ones posted by the banks. This is in addition to the 0.75% currency exchange fee they charge for converting foreign currency to euros. In short, you are gonna loose a lot of money by exchanging your foreign currency at this place.

I warn everyone who goes to GWK Enschede if you are an American or another nationality avoid going to this location all together! I was discriminated against because I am an American. I was told over the phone by a Western Union representative that my money was available for pick up that my mother had sent me. I went to GWK showed my passport, did not give my MTCN number, the lady refused to pay out! If I could, I would make her loose her job, that is how badly I was treated.
