  Google wouldn't let me give five stars for some odd reason. I had no issues with the bank and it was extremely convenient for them to supply a small device for transactions with no smartphone. The staff were all polite and friendly.

  "The dude" who works there is very unpleasant. He constantly pushes you to solve your issue and tells you to do everything through the website or application on you own.

  the people there were very nice and everything seemed very organized, also with the corona regulations. They set up my student account even though I didn't have an appointment and all of it took less than 10 minutes. I hope I will receive my card soon!

  This is the first but also the last time I came here. Now I know why this is rated so lowly. It had better be closed cause the staffs appear to be useless.

  Extremely slow working process. I had an appointment for opening a student's card and in the end of it they told me that the bank card and the account details will ship to my place in at max 5 business days. Meanwhile, I visited the bank one more time to be ensured that the card will arrive in time. So on the 5th day, seeing that I didn't receive any letter from the bank I went to the them and asked where is my card? They told me that my bank card and my account isn't even ready, because I didn't complete a form (which I did right in the first day of my appointment). I had to complete it again and was told to wait till it is processed and only then I should wait 5 business days in order to get my account. If you are a student and want to get really fast a bank card (i.e. to order your laptop), you should go to ABN or other banks, because the service at ING is terrible. *UPDATE* more than a month has passed and I still didn't get anything from them. This is revolting.
