  3 years ago I bought a Batavus e-bike. Had a service last week. But then my son's bike fell against my bike. Rattling in the chain guard and not being able to pedal as a result. I called: come by tomorrow. It has just been fixed free of charge by a super nice mechanic. Compliments. 😊

  It is about the experience(s) with the discount shop at Schuttersveld Enschede. The employees are very customer-friendly. We had already experienced this on previous visits, but it was confirmed again this afternoon. While we actually only came to look at accessories, they mounted them directly on the bike, so that I can go shopping again with my new bicycle bags and basket on the front. Super!

  Are you someone who thrives on a little adrenaline and stress? Then buy your bike here. Let's cycle away after repairs with a loose handlebar... Then forget to reinstall the chain guard cover... Don't worry if the brake cable suddenly comes loose. After the first service you expect that all teething problems will have disappeared from the bike and will finally be good. However, I forgot to tighten the lock on the rear brake cable. If you've been by, we can put some glue between them, ma'am. Inexperience if you ask me. Child seat purchased when purchasing a bicycle. This doesn't seem very good for a 4 year old, but of course I'm no expert? No, ma'am, it should be possible. Final score after a week of first aid with a 4 year old who got his foot stuck between the rear wheel. Just to spare the pictures of the injury. I have been trying to cancel the bike 5 days after purchase and as a customer I am always being kept on the line. Cycling should be fun, but for now only use the bike for essential purposes.

Friendly staff (Justin), he really helped us very well. After we ordered the bicycle, we were contacted by email and telephone: The bicycle is ready. When picking up the bicycle, everything was discussed and explained clearly and extensively. There was a period of 1 week between choosing a bicycle and picking up the bicycle. Neat ! 2. Once again Justin helped me very well with the purchase of an electric bicycle. The differences in the types of bicycles are well explained and he still takes all the time for you. The bike was ordered and prepared quickly so that I could pick up the bike a few days later. Received an explanation about how to use the bicycle and did a test run. Everything was fine and the bike is great to use.
