  Guido is a nice and helpful person. He promptly responded my messages on WhatsApp, and, when I went to the bike shop, he explained to me what he would do to repair the problems. In addition, the repair was extremely fast, after one day the bike was available again.

  Amazing service, very friendly. Guido is very friendly and communicates all the information needed, gives me the flexibility to only fix what I want to fix, and lets me know the prices beforehand through WhatsApp. His English is very good, so perfect for international students. I got a spare bike to use until he fixed my own, but I didn't use it much as he finished the job on the same day! Overall best experience I've had fixing my bike in the past 5 years. Definitely my go-to bike service from now on.
