  The quality of the service was impeccable. The staff were very nice and helpful. Once I dropped off my bike, it didn't take more than an hour for it to be fixed. After I picked it up, it felt like I was handling a brand new bike. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I gladly recommend this shop

  I call 10 minutes before the closure time JUST to know if they would do me the favour to fix my bike seat anyways. First the guy pretend he can't hear my mic and drops the call, at the second call he says I should pay a lot of money for the repair (300€), probably just to mock me again. I was just asking and not demanding , if this is the way you usually treat customers, good luck with this store!

  Completely Disapointed. Went there on September 5th with my back tire flat to fix it, which costed me 23€. On September 7th my back tire was flat again but this time it was completely destroyed. I went back to the store and they said that the previous time they had it fixed and it's my fault that it's flat again (I only bike from centrum to campus and back). So when I asked what we can do they said that I had to change the whole tire and it will cost me from 40 to 50 € but no more, and also that I will not have to pay for the service. But to know the exact price I had to go again the next day. So I went again but they still didn't know. I recieved a call later and they told me that It will cost me 60€. Finally, I took my bike back and went to another place to get it fixed. They are arrogant, dishonest and unreliable.

  The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. During my time in Enschede I preferred their shop every time me or a friend would need to fix something or buy bike lights etc. Happy to have bought my bike from you! 100% recommendable

  My experience here was awesome and really good. The owner and staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. And the prices are great compared to other cycle shops in Enschede. I always leave happy after every visit. For Purchase, repair and service of fiets, I don't think there is a better place in Enschede with better deals and professionalism than MTB Reparatie
