  I went to this bike shop to have my flat back tire (inner tube + tire) replaced. They provided great service. I'll definitely will go there again for future bike repairs.

  Actually, I went to this bike shop on the advice of my father for a new bike and then stuck around because of the service and personal and friendly atmosphere there. They are happy to help you, think along and nothing seems to be too much trouble (even if unfortunately your battery is stolen twice). You are always greeted with a smile and helped with personal attention. Very nice!

  Why Rijwielpaleis in Enschede? This company has been around for over 80 years for a reason; the company is growing with the times and therefore the range is extensive and up-to-date, something for everyone. But above all, the staff is customer-friendly and I haven't even mentioned the service; simply great! The on/off button of my electric bike had broken due to wear. Despite the fact that I arrived at a busy time, the problem was solved immediately. Not with an expensive repair, but with a pragmatic yet sustainable solution, so that I could continue cycling. How much does that cost? I asked. Absolutely nothing. Was the answer. With a big smile I rode home again... Thank you, Rijwielpaleis!
