  Bought an electric bicycle from ST E-Bike for my wife on February 8. The next day we discovered some technical problems. After contacting us and discussing the problem, we returned the bike on February 10. The bike was returned three days later, with all problems fully resolved at no extra cost. Top service and customer-oriented thinking! Keep up the good work, ST E-Bike!

  I bought 2 very nice Gazelle Ebikes last week. Received a quick response from the gentleman and was helped well. The gentleman also delivered the bicycles for free! Highly recommended!!

  Very friendly man. We traded in 2 bikes and bought 2 others, without being able to view the bikes. This, because it was too far away for us. But after delivery it turned out that the bikes were very neat, exactly as described. There was 1 small defect, but this was neatly resolved. Very nice to experience that it is still possible. We recommend everyone to buy beautiful and good bikes here!
