  You pay upon delivery. The amount was €18.19. But the delivery driver claims it's incorrect. But it's still debited twice. Then you call, and they politely answer your questions. I should have just sent an email with a copy of my statement. Then we'll resolve it. I ended up sending three emails and calling twice more, but still no response.
