  Amazing services, they thought along and really wanted to sell me a bike that fit with my requirements. They didn't push for a specific bike but rather adviced for all the options.

  This morning I called the bike repair shop about a problem with my chain guard. I got an appointment right away and was allowed to bring my bike in right away. What initially seemed like a minor issue turned out to be much more complex. I explained that I'd bought the bike last week on Marktplaats and that it had broken down immediately. The bike repair shop felt it was a nuisance and decided to fix the problem for a very reasonable price, so I wouldn't pay an unnecessary amount. The bike repair shop also kept me informed throughout about the problem and the costs involved. In the end, the bike was repaired perfectly, with clear and friendly explanations. I'm very satisfied with the service and honesty of this bike repair shop. Highly recommended!

  A very good bike shop, an appointment is an appointment. My daughter is thrilled with her solid, reasonably priced bike. I'll say go and have a look.

  We agreed with the bicycle repair shop to only replace the outer tire (torn). At checkout the inner tube was also replaced, in the end I received the €9.95 in the form of a voucher, initially I could have picked up the bicycle a week later due to staff holidays, but I managed to do so 4 days earlier, very professional and service-oriented staff.

  Very nice and beautiful store and top service! My Stella battery was stolen and they helped me tremendously with getting a new one (this was difficult as Stella is bankrupt). I have always been very satisfied with Falagro with previous repairs. Very nice company all in all
