  Arrived with a flat tire because I wasnt able to pump it up myself. They were very kind and fixed it in a few seconds. Would definitely come back!

  They charged 25€ for repairing my back wheel which is exspensive but fine. But they did not put enough air pressure on my wheel and the wheel was not centered. They wanted to earn easy money without performing a great job, just doing whats absolutely necessary. Wouldn't recommend this place.

  They are great at helping 'till the sales. Aftersales service though is of low quality and oral agreements they make hold no value. Everything you agree on orally, have it put on paper as well ( signed ).

  As electronics and home appliances shop it's okay but as a bike repair shop it's just rubbish. Brought my bike there for repair, they replaced more than needed billed for everything and the adjustments were so wrong that I ended up having to carry my bike back to the shop. The adjusted it back so much that instead of always breaking, my back disk brake was not breaking at all... I ended up looking at the official documentation of the parts' manufacturer and ended up doing it myself. Never going back there again.

  Piest is a professional store in image & sound, notebooks & tablets, white goods & built-in appliances, household items, bicycles & e-bikes both new and old. They also repair bikes and their price is quite expensive
