  We are visiting from Australia and riding bicycles across Europe- we had some bike issues and pulled in here. Great service and super friendly staff- the mechanic was able to look at the bikes straight away and quickly fix up the problems. The store is large and has a large selection of bikes and accessories. It must be the best bike shop in the city- I highly recommend this place.

  I think the name of this shop “sneller” means something. It took me 2 minutes to choose, try and fall in love with the bike. The staff was very friendly; they explained the process to us very clearly. I was very satisfied with everything. I'm ''Sneller'' now :)

  Awful! While we made an appointment for bike repair service, there was one attractive and fair price, but when my bike was ready, price of service accidentally became 3 times larger (initially I would never agree for that price for such basic repair). Don't ever trust 'em and always pay in advance (or better find another bike service, don't repeat my mistakes).

  Terrible service, straight out refused to fix the bike that i bought from them because they don't have time...so in order to save them some precious time i hope noone ever goes there again
