  Great Service. I had a package delivered to the old my-pup pick up point instead of Hako Transport and called Hako Transport. They immediatley responded and picked up my Package from the location I sent it to and delivered it to my address. Fast and flexible!

  Hako takes care of the delivery of my packages to the MyPup at my work. Communication is fast and correct, the package is always in the locker the same day and in the event of a bad action by PostNL, Hako solved this for me! Very service-oriented, customer-friendly and fast.

  We contacted HAKO for a special assignment. For the execution of a will, two urns of the deceased had to be transported to Northern Ireland. The response was enthusiastic because of this special assignment. During a personal contact, the details were discussed and a cost overview was also presented. The owner of the company carried out this assignment himself. A return flight to Belfast was booked and both urns were personally delivered to the specified address with a rental car. We were very happy that HAKO accepted this assignment. Especially since you cannot go to other regular delivery services for such a delivery. The contact was very pleasant in an informal atmosphere and gave confidence in a good handling of the assignment. We were kept informed continuously during the execution of the transport. All in all, it was carried out entirely according to our wishes. And the costs were completely in line with what was budgeted for it. The immediate willingness to carry out this assignment and the service-oriented attitude of HAKO means that we heartily recommend this company.
