  If i could, i would put 0 out of 5 for this company. Unfortunately, 1 is the lowest possible score in google. This company is a joke. I was waiting for my parcel. The company said that the parcel will arrive at monday. At monday it didn't. I called them at the next day, tuesday. They were trying to convience me that this is my fault that the parcel didn't arrive at monday. Told me that i wasn't at home at the time of delivery. I was at home for the whole day, because they told me that the parcel will arrive between 8am and 8pm. What a great time, right? (remark: this time wasn't updated at all). Then at 8pm i got an email that i wasn't at home. The courier didn't even try to call my doorbell. Great. Next day, I called them telling all of this. And they were trying to convience me that I am the one who has the guilt. Then they told me that the parcel will be delivered at tuesday. It wasn't. I called them at wednesday they told me again that this is my fault, not theirs. I asked if i could come and take it by myself. They told me that this is not possible by any means. The only thing I can do is to wait for thursday for a new delivery attempt. Great! I again have to spend the whole day at home because the delivery time is from 8am until 8pm. I am 100% sure that the courier won''t even try to reach me when he is around. On friday they will send the parcel back to the seller. Im feeling desparate because i've been waiting for it for a while. Worst company you can ever imagine. No customer support, nothing. When you call them you can hear by the tone of the speaker that they don't care about your situation, they only try to convience you that this is your fault. Their reviews in google mostly 1/5 but somehow they have overall score of 3.8. I know this is because of the bots who are giving 5/5 scores with ridiculous messages.

  Worthless company, they have not delivered the mail from the thrombosis service 3 times already, so I cannot view the dosage of the blood thinners and cannot find out the recheck date. I then have to call the thrombosis service, they say that the mail has been sent on time, when I complain to MSG I am told ... we will look into it and you will receive an email with a response >> well, not so. MSG is dangerous. If the dosage is incorrect, the risk of an infarction or bleeding is much greater. ,

  A call from the hospital The hospital sent the letter on 09-01-25 the call is 15-01-25 and the letter arrives on 18-01-25 they should be ashamed This is already the 6th time that we receive mail from msg which arrives a week late every time my daughter missed a week of school and a few hospital appointments because of their mistakes now today 18-01-25 my daughter receives another call from the hospital that she has to be in the hospital on 15-01-25 I would advise everyone not to do anything with this company they can't do it they can better declare them bankrupt Ps for all companies that want to send it can better do so with reliable post e.g. do DHL POSTNL OR GLS MSG is unreliable.
