  Great facilities- swimming pool, wellness, 10 pin bowling, games room, ice cream, restaurant with takeaway option, tennis courts, Long term apartments.

  Went to the wellness part of the hotel. The surroundings are beautiful, very nice and quiet. We were treated by nice and courteous beauty therapists, that took time to explain their treatments. Sauna facilities are present, but if you really want to go on a sauna retreat you will have to look elsewhere. The swimming pool, while nice, is a bit dated.

  Employees are very polite and helpful. Massage and foot spa was very relaxing and enjoyable. Manicure on the other hand is a waste of money. They didn't do much with cuticles and nail polish application was incredibly cruciate.

  The worst service ever. To be clear I’m a frequent customer and once there was a delay on showing up due to us being late I get a guy calling me and being on his / her nerve ( probably it’s a he/she/it thing). Telling me I’m blocked from going there . Listen buddy no matter what you reply on this review what you did is extremely rude and unprofessional. Consider your self lucky I didn’t get to see you this afternoon coz I’d teach you manners from start in a hardcore way and re-arrange your confused personality and do the rest a favor. Pethatic service

  The beds are made of a very thin comforted mattress that isn’t well thought of when your sleeping it moves its paper thin and the comforters are short small....We went swimming the Pool was freezing and my 85 year old father got sick .....Further the housekeeping took without my permission my charge plug from the wall that I found really troubling.....The staff super friendly food amazing but they have a lack on details towards the customers which i found puzzling....can’t say I would recommend it even though the food and property and rooms are nice....Try to improve bad Boekelo.....
