  This morning I went to the Health and Float Spa Twente for the first time. What immediately surprised me positively was the location of the Spa. Outside, in a quiet environment. I was helped by a friendly lady, she gave a good and clear explanation of how it worked. Once I started floating, I thought for the first 10 minutes: 'what on earth am I doing?'. But once I dared to surrender, I came to my complete peace. It was wonderful! I look forward to the next time!

  A wonderful place where you can really relax! We had booked a triple float. Upon arrival we were kindly received and we were briefly explained how everything worked in the cabins. Everything was neat, tidy and clean. If you have been floating before and you have wishes regarding music, you can indicate this in advance so that they can take this into account and adjust this as desired during your session. After the session, there will be something to drink and you can relax for a while. Definitely recommended!

  A week after my last chemotherapy I used the Hyperbaric oxygen cabin twice. During the first treatment I felt tingling where I had been operated on. After I had the first session, I was completely devastated. That night I really slept well for the first time. Previously, I often woke up due to sleep and tingling in my hands and arms, but for the first time not anymore. Now I sleep much better. Where I used to have to take an afternoon nap, because otherwise I wouldn't be able to keep it up in the evening, I no longer have to do that. I still get some rest, but I don't have to sleep anymore. So nice. I was received very warmly and everything was explained neatly. The place is really fantastic and everything looks super beautiful and atmospheric. The owners are also genuinely nice and sweet people with a lot of passion. I am so grateful to have done these sessions with you. You are great!

  For my birthday I had the opportunity to float three times at Health and Float spa Twente. The spa is located in a beautiful area with free parking. The spa is also luxuriously and peacefully decorated, very beautiful! The staff, the owner and her husband are extremely friendly. They take the time to explain everything to you and afterwards ask how you experienced floating. You immediately feel welcome. In addition, both float rooms are very clean and equipped with a shower, towels and care products. Earplugs and Vaseline are also provided. The float room for disabled people even has a toilet and has plenty of space. The float cabins are also clean and spacious on the inside. Floating is fun to do anyway. I will definitely come back and definitely recommend Health and Float spa Twente if you want to relax optimally.

  Very nice, quiet and pleasant experience with floating at Health-en Float. I have Fibromyalgia and wanted to try out whether floating would help me in terms of muscle and joint pain, but also whether it would calm my mind. I can say that I have been positively surprised by this experience. At the start of floating I had severe pain in my neck/shoulders (muscle pain) and this went away after half an hour. I also feel calmer and my body feels more pleasant (smoother). I would therefore definitely recommend floating for anyone with Fibromyalgia, but also if you just want to relax. Everything is tidy there, the staff is friendly and the float room has a lovely temperature. Very satisfied, I will definitely come back!
