  It was great that they came in the middle of the night, great taxi, but the taxi driver did not have a meter and the price with payment was higher than agreed by telephone with the central office. I would certainly pay attention to this.

  Addition to my previous message: the company contacted us the same day after our negative review. Apologies were made and they were happy to offer us compensation. Yesterday we learned about the very good service of this company: they were waiting for us after our holiday and took us home free of charge! Last Friday we ordered a taxi to the station at 4:35 am today. I called yesterday to check if it went through correctly...and no taxi this morning. Called, was treated kindly but again no taxi. Ultimately forced to walk to the station with -5 degrees Celsius and a heavy backpack and catch our train in the nick of time.

  Reservation confirmed by Stad Taxi Hengelo, but no taxi showed up. After waiting 10 minutes, we called. Reservation was not in the books. What a bad business. Unreliable company, so we will not order a taxi here again.
