  Never expected it, but I found what I wanted. I was looking for jeans in a size 38 length, and they had exactly what I needed. The staff was incredibly helpful and took their time with the customer, which was fantastic. I found some jeans with excellent help.

  We received excellent service. We bought a women's coat in Den Bosch for €160 and asked if it would pill. We were assured it was a high-quality coat made of sustainable wool. Unfortunately, after wearing it five or six times, the coat started pilling. We went to this Open32 store in Enschede and submitted our complaint. We received excellent service and received a refund. Still, you might expect more from a coat for €160.
