  Very helpful and friendly employee who took the time to call several WE branches, looking for that one jumpsuit in the right size that was still there. Even arranged for it to be shipped to our home city! Great.

  My husband and I don't like buying clothes. But because our son is getting married, we had to. The first store we saw was WE, and we walked in. What a happy moment! We bumped into salesperson Wout. With his enthusiasm and expertise, he managed to help my husband find an outfit that not only suits him but also makes him feel good. An equally enthusiastic saleswoman, Jamie, was already waiting for me. She was looking for all sorts of different outfits. She was helpful and offered advice, but not overbearing. It made even me enjoy trying on clothes and I'm completely happy with my new clothes. The correct sizes were ordered and will be delivered to our home today. When we unpacked our bags at home, we found a handwritten note from saleswoman Jamie among the new arrivals. She wished us a very happy wedding and much happiness. Look, you can have a beautiful store and excellent service, but salespeople like Wout and Jamie...they make for happy customers.

  I highly recommend WE Enschede. Went there on Saturday and was helped well. Later it turned out that one of my purchases had disappeared. Then they helped me order a replacement for home delivery. On Monday the missing item was found and they managed to reach me via Facebook so that I could exchange it with my voucher. Great people

  When we visit Enschede we buy clothes for our three sons here. The service, customer friendliness and advice are phenomenal. You don't really see that anywhere anymore. Mercedes knows better than anyone what customer friendliness and advice mean. We leave the store with full bags and an incredibly good feeling. Thanks Mercedes and see you next time.
