  Last year I bought an electric Avalon bike. Unfortunately I had problems with the battery. It kept cutting out. When I returned the battery the problem was immediately addressed in a friendly manner. I was kept informed by telephone about the status of the battery and within 2 days I had the battery back after repair. Unfortunately it turned out that it was still not good. Then I got a new battery without complaining. I brought my battery along at 16:45 in the afternoon and the next morning at 11:30 I was called that the new battery had been delivered. In short: very nice communication with the shop owner and an extremely good service from Avalon!
