  My husband and I wrapped up our two-week vacation in St. Vincent by spending our last three nights at the Holiday Inn & Suites—and it was truly the best decision we could have made. The hotel itself is absolutely wonderful—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping deserves a huge round of applause for keeping everything so pristine. One of the highlights of our stay was the full breakfast in the morning—it was top-notch. The staff in the breakfast area were so warm, friendly, and attentive, which made our mornings even better. Rachel at the front desk went above and beyond for us. She helped secure a late check-out and arranged our airport transfer on the day of departure, which we truly appreciated. Her professionalism and genuine care for guests made a lasting impression. I don’t mean to sound biased, but I’m incredibly proud of my country and what this hotel represents for St. Vincent. The customer service here is second to none, and the staff are doing an exceptional job. Whether you’re planning to spend your entire trip here or just a few nights, book it—you won’t regret it. We highly recommend Holiday Inn & Suites St. Vincent and would absolutely stay again. Bravo to the entire team. Keep up the amazing work!

  Subject: Exceptional Stay at Your Hotel Dear Rachel, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service we received during our unexpected extended stay in St. Vincent due to flight issues with American Airlines. Rachel, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to accommodate us, ensuring we had comfortable rooms and attentive service. The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff truly enhances the experience. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning, which featured delightful island specialties. Additionally, there is a new restaurant just a minute's walk away that also provided excellent meals twice a day. The hotel's location is conveniently less than 15 minutes from the airport, making it easy for us to navigate. Thank you once again, Rachel, for your outstanding hospitality.   My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn from April 13–20, and we had an amazing experience. If you’re visiting and looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly place, this is it! The included breakfast was a pleasant surprise — not just the usual continental fare, but also delicious local dishes like jonny cakes and saltfish, plantains, provisions, lentil and chickpea patties, and more. The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their service was truly impeccable. Although the hotel is fairly new, it’s very well maintained and clean. There’s also a gym and laundry service available for guests, which made our stay even more convenient. We will definitely be staying here again. Huge thanks to the staff of IHG Holiday Inn for making our stay so enjoyable!

  I stayed here from 4-8march2025.. sorry for the late review but better late than never. I would like to recognized two outstanding employees, rachel and kay-ana(i forgot how to spell her name). They were very helpful and assisted me with most of my travel plane. This hotel is the best holiday inn express i ever had. Highly recommended and great price too. They also have a pool and gym

  Very new hotel. Super clean and beautiful rooms. The reception staff were very helpful and attentive. They had a coffee station for use anytime. They even setup breakfast half an hour early for our group so we could eat before our flight. The breakfast staff were also very attentive and helpful
