This was like a restaurant from Dubai but in The Netherlands. Over the top decor which creates a club vibe. I recommend getting a reservation because the place was packed. I had a nice time catching up with friends who I haven’t seen since 2019. The dishes were a bit hit and miss. Great sushi but lousy dumplings and chicken karaage. Overall, we had a nice time - thanks

Title: A Dinner That Left a Bitter Taste It is with an air of disappointment that I pen down my unfortunate experience at Kita, a restaurant that came highly recommended for its reputed dining experience. While we understood it to be an esteemed establishment, our encounter was rather a tribute to humiliation than hospitality. My family and I had eagerly looked forward to celebrating my father's birthday at Kita. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a rather desolate sight – a sea of empty tables. An interesting paradox to our earlier phone conversation when we were informed of their full house. Our initial surprise was quickly overshadowed by the cavalier demeanor of the staff member at the entrance. His tone bore the echoes of arrogance as he reiterated their full booking status. It was a conversation that left us standing awkwardly at the doorstep, an uncomfortable tableau etched against the backdrop of vacant seats. Ironically, the ambience at Kita was indeed memorable - a grand theater of empty chairs and tables, an unwelcome chorus orchestrated by an unaccommodating maître d'. It is unfortunate that their hospitality was as sparse as their clientele on that evening. One would assume that the primary aim of a restaurant, apart from providing delectable food, is to make its customers feel welcome and cherished. Sadly, our brief interaction at Kita seemed to underscore a different ethos - one that prioritizes arrogance over courtesy. Kita might have had many accolades under its belt, but on this particular night, they served us a platter of disregard, garnished with an unsavory aftertaste of disrespect. Our celebration was marred, not by a lack of food, but by a profound lack of empathy and customer service. It's one birthday dinner we're not going to forget – for all the wrong reasons. I hope Kita understands that great restaurants are not just about good food, but also about good service and respect towards its patrons. In this age where dining options are aplenty, the discerning diner is more likely to favor the establishment that cherishes its customers, rather than alienating them. At Kita, we came with the hope of a celebratory feast, and left with a bitter taste of disappointment. To future patrons, I'd say - if you’re looking for a restaurant that values your patronage and provides a welcoming atmosphere, you might want to look elsewhere.

Amazing Experience at Restaurant KITA We recently visited Restaurant KITA for the first time and had an absolutely wonderful time. We initially stopped by for a few drinks, but the fantastic atmosphere and friendly staff made us want to stay longer. The team at KITA truly understands the essence of great service and hospitality. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and attentive service. The staff made us feel right at home and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The ambiance of the restaurant is perfect for a relaxing evening out, whether you're there for drinks or a full meal. The decor is stylish, and the vibe is welcoming and comfortable. We were so impressed with our experience that we will definitely be returning soon. We highly recommend Restaurant KITA to everyone looking for a great place to dine and unwind. You won't be disappointed! Kudos to the entire team at KITA for making our first visit so memorable. See you again soon! Best regards, Andrew Collins

Very beautiful interior, delicious food and cocktails. We ordered a steak platter for two, it was really a great steak! Waiters were kind, but seemed very unexperienced. In my home country a classy restaurant would have mature waitors who know the dining etiquette.
