  I just had my fat-bike breaks replaced. Service was good and contact via WhatsApp through out the pick up, repair with order updates regarding the parts, and delivery of the repaired bike back to my home. It took some time 4 weeks, however the service and information received during my wait is why the 5 stars. You guys were always reachable.

  If I gave one star instead of zero, it's because I did receive my order. But everything else has been nothing but disappointment after disappointment. Purchased in summer 2024, major issues started in September. The bike is under a 2-year warranty. The bike (FatBike) is of poor quality (assembly), with frequent issues (brakes...) and, above all, no after-sales service. No responsiveness (sometimes weeks to get a reply), no valid solutions offered... a real letdown. I even offered to pay (despite the two-year warranty) to have the bike repaired, but received no response. I made the purchase from Belgium, and it's impossible to find a workshop here willing to service the bike, and the after-sales team is unable to recommend anyone in Belgium. I strongly advise against it.

  Today I managed to pick up the bike with my boyfriend. we are happy we got instructions and a nice introduction and test ride. If something broke we were assured that they would help us fix it. Everything was fine and the bike looks amazing

  It has been a month now, texted them on email and WhatsApp since week 2 of ordering. From what it seems they only deliver FatBikes on time. I have received no response from them on any form of communication. I have no idea whats up with my order… and i paid 300€ for it. I hope they respond or i will have to move forward with further action. I will keep updates here. This is not how you run a business.
