  Excellent taxi company, both for me personally and for my partner Johan Spinhoven who has been transported many times, as well as my own taxi from Bergman clinic and back home. Taxi 076 is an example for many, yes I can say that! Always on time, disciplined, very clean taxi and very competent and extremely friendly staff and others can learn something from that!!!

  I have truly never experienced such bad service. On a nice Saturday evening, we had ordered a (large) taxi (gross 5 people) well in advance (in the afternoon) that would pick us up at four o'clock in the morning. When the taxi didn't show up, we called the center. The (large) taxi was delayed by an hour, but they would send 2 taxis (we did have to pay extra for this, they did not offer us a discount and why are we not called if the taxi is delayed by that much?). This would take about fifteen minutes. This one didn't show up either. The phone was no longer answered. Via another telephone after calling ten times and being reached an hour away. The service says that they cannot do anything for me and that all taxis are busy (??) and that I should just walk to the port. No further solution or compensation was offered and no apology. I even explained to the man on the phone that I had just gotten out of a cast (my foot was broken) and couldn't walk that far yet, but he didn't offer me anything. We eventually walked home. My foot was swollen again and I could immediately start physio again. Very bad.

  Care client with groceries just dropped off on the corner of the street because they were busy, mvr had to sort it out!! Ridiculous service..
