    Would highly recommend you to go to a different bank. Systems are archaic and it takes a lot of effort to open a bank account. You keep running into issues and the customer service is really not there to help you. They get frustrated and even sound angry when you ask them basic questions to help you get your account set up. Haven't really experienced this at any other bank.

    I think I've been trying to close my savings account here for a year now. I end up from one purple crocodile to another...unbelievably poor service and unwillingness from the DHB employees.

    I have just opened a savings account with DHB, but have not yet received confirmation. I called Customer Service to ask if my savings account application had been received correctly. I got a man on the phone and I started to explain. I have the impression that he doesn't feel like doing his job. So short, just when he's in such a hurry to do something else. When I was explaining he broke down and ended my conversation so uninterested. Such a person should not work in Customer Service. Because then he makes a bad impression for the company. Bad reviews are usually also caused by this type of employee.

    Completed the registration and identification procedure for a savings account twice without success. The first time I didn't have my mobile phone on, it turned out that a PIN code was sent by text message during the process. Not received after turning on cell phone. But no option to resend request code. If it is no longer possible to pick it up again later while retaining all the work done, it has to be done all over again. Second attempt, everything is ready, we thought, we opted for IDIN identification again, but at the end it turns out that a copy of ID or passport must nevertheless be uploaded, plus a copy of the bank statement, very duplicated it seems, which we do not have ready and have to scan first. However, the 30 minutes you get for the entire procedure is too short for that. So it was broken off again. Won't risk another half hour. Then you can easily register with BigBank, just as safely, and with a significantly higher interest rate. Hello DHB Bank!
