Most and foremost: This place is filthy. Quite a lot. Disgusting really. Had we not come from Australia and been extremely tired we'd moved on right away. But we needed sleep so we stayed. The "luxury double room" features chewing gum turned into a solid black rock on the carpet. A corner full of stale crumbs of snacks and a nut that havent been vacuumed since we checked in and possibly a few years before that. A black curled pubic hair in the bath tub that sure wasn't mine, because I just checked in. Countless dents and scratches. A dark yellow ring graces the underside of the toilet seat. The lock of the door to the bathroom is completely lose and only closes with force. The shower features grout all over. It's just run down everywhere. It's not even that old just totally not looked after. A bit of paint would do wonders, but such a high investment is apparently no on Fletccher's agenda. There is a "strictly no noise" policy, but at 10pm someone is using a power drill to do repairs somewhere. This feels like it's just all one big joke. It's the lack of cleanliness that really makes me never use another "Fletcher" ever again. Given this place calls itself a "business hotel " it's absolutely grotesque. There is a lack of basic anemities found pretty much everywhere else we stayed at this price point. The "luxury room" is not their cheapest option. As such it includes a space and connections where once there WAS a mini fridge, but alas no more. The safe doesn't work. You do get very stylish card board cups in the bathroom however. One per guest. If you think you get a new cardboard cup every day though you'd be mistaken. For your start in the day there are exactly two tiny coffee uv milks matching a generous two sachets of instant coffee and a whopping three teas you can choose from. Staff at check in was OK. Welcoming is different. Staff at check out was immature, incapable of de-escalating, rude and tried to bad mouth us in Dutch assuming we don't speak their language. The mocked me being angry by imitating dog barks. Not knowing that the other guest was actually my partner. I have never been treated like this in 30 years of travelling the world. These people were actively and passively insulting and incapable of dealing with upset customers. They showed no interest at all in our grievances, made no attempt to help. They stood there watching me trying to squeeze our luggage into the tiny elevator. Then watched me try get it to move. Only after me kicking the bottom panel in anger I was advised that I need to stand Inbetween the bags for the lift to work. They found it amusing. This is far outside any acceptable range of response and behavior. A 4 star business hotel with an elevator for max one person as per sign (!?) ONE! There is a laminated menu which advises you of the phone number of reception (9), but no phone. It feels like you're in a comedy, but it's not really funny. Given its price this is far from good value for money. I've stayed in youth hostels that were cleaner. And I payed a third less in places that outperformed this by a factor of ten. Asking for the Hotel Manager I am told "there is none." Sounds about right. Business Hotel? No to much. PS: Dear Fletcher representative, We don't care what you believe your standard is. Your claim that our experience was the odd one out. We're not interested what steps you'll take to make it better in the future. Given we're by far not the only ones complaining about the filthyness of your brand it's obvious that these are just empty words. You had plenty of time to clean up your act - Literally! They mean nothing to us or to you and they don't make up for our negative experience. You want to be a "business hotel"? Do business and REFUND.US! But I guess it's much easier to hide behind some anonymous authority. Let me guess, I should talk to the "hotel manager", right?

Very comfortable bed, nice large room and quiet environment in the green.

The rooms are nice, but not special. The location is in the forest, but maybe we were unlucky with the view. All the staff is nice and polite, but some more than others. In the restaurant, it can be a hit or miss. Staff is very friendly there though, albeit some are quite young and inexperienced. Overall a nice and affordable option, I will probably visit again.

Overall good experience. Hotel Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were cleaned. Housekeeping services were great. Breakfast was bit expensive but nice. Liked the outside sitting area. Big parking lot inside hotel. The elevator and rooms need improvements.
