  Really a worthless transport company! While someone is at home I get an email with no one at home. If you try to contact them they do not answer your questions and they respond very rudely! My package has still not been delivered.

  After some trouble getting in touch, I was called personally. Order was searched and delivered immediately. Despite the busyness within the company, you still provide this service! You can be proud of that. Thank you very much for this great delivery and thinking along!

  Package would be delivered between 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM. That evening I had not received anything and I received an update that I was not at home. I've been home all day and looked back at the camera footage, but they never attempted delivery. I had to schedule a new appointment by email. The package was delivered the next day, without any response to the email or informing me.
