  In a nutshell: if you're seeking a serene and peaceful retreat, look elsewhere. The star is for the facilities, which are clean and well-maintained. But, unfortunately, that is it. The advertised promise of a private space was shattered by the influx of people walking around to take other services, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere that directly contradicts the purpose of a spa. Moreover, the lack of soundproofing in the treatment room, where there was a constant chatting, made relaxation impossible. It's disheartening that such a fundamental aspect was ignored, especially given the significant costs. However, what truly shocked me was the staff's complete lack of empathy and unwillingness to address valid concerns. A wellness business should prioritize customer satisfaction and well-being. Mistakes happen, but how companies respond to them makes the difference. I recommend avoiding this place like the plague.

  I recently took my boyfriend here as a surprise and I can only say that it was truly amazing. It is special that you can find so much peace in the middle of the city (just a stone's throw from our house!). Everything was taken care of down to the last detail and everything was very clean. I would recommend this to anyone and definitely book the massage!

  I am extremely happy with the results after my Cryo21 treatments!💚 From the very first moment I felt in good hands with Ryon, and the result has really exceeded my expectations! The contours have visibly improved and I can clearly see the difference - even others notice it! The treatment itself was comfortable and completely painless, which made it all the more pleasant. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to see results in a safe and natural way.

  On a rainy afternoon, it was wonderful to relax for two hours at House of Zen. I had the beautiful spa with its various saunas all to myself. I'll definitely be back!
