  We had booked a taxi a week in advance for the return trip from a wedding. This was confirmed. On the day itself we received an email that the ride was cancelled because they could not arrange a driver. We were already at the wedding and had already been drinking. Because of this we had to arrange something else at the last minute. Very bad thing to let us know so late. Not recommended.

  We have been using this taxi for years. Easy to book and adjust via the website. Drivers have always been on time, both the outward and return journeys. Telephone contact upon arrival at the airport. Friendly drivers. Price is also very good. So very satisfied.

  I ordered a taxi here for September 7th for today, September 14th. I received a proper email for the outward and return journey, stating I didn't need to do anything and that it was in the schedule. On the day itself, I received a call at 4:00 PM saying the return taxi couldn't be arranged (the outward journey was scheduled for 9:00 PM and the return journey for 3:00 AM). Unfortunately, they couldn't arrange a driver!!??? Huh? I'd had a confirmation for a week, and on the day itself (I'd just gotten to our hotel room) they called me and told me I had to figure out how to get back. Very unusual and extremely unprofessional. Luckily, after a half-hour call, they were able to arrange something else. So, if you have a booking with them, don't be so sure everything will work out (which they certainly expect).
