  I had a very pleasant stay at the Icon Embassy in Madrid. The reception staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, which made me feel welcome right from the start. I stayed in a double room that was spacious, with a small balcony and nice amenities that made the stay comfortable. The breakfast had a good healthy selection to start the day well. If anything, I would recommend being a bit more detailed with the cleaning in the breakfast restaurant and better care of the plants in the lobby. Overall, a very good and pleasant stay, and I would definitely return.

  The hotel uses the guest elevator for maid services often taking a long time to get an elevator. The room had a leaky air conditioner which didn’t cool properly . Hallway noises are heard inside the room. The breakfast was also sub par. Would not consider this hotel. ICON wipton was a much better experience.

  This hotel is great! Perfectly located, rooms are comfortable and the breakfast buffet is over the top nice. But the biggest compliments are for the reception staff, who always greet you with a smile, remember your name and offer any kind of support you could need. Thank you!

  Great hotel for a stay right on the upscale shopping avenue Calle Serrano. Well designed throughout all areas, and with staff that shows great care and dedication. Breakfast variety and quality was very good. On the downside, rooms and hallways show signs of wear and tear so I hope the hotel finds ways to keep the experience consistent with the pictures and expectations.

  This hotel is in an excellent location. Very posh neighborhood. And very quiet as well. Easy to find taxis etc. The hotel seems to be an older fully renovated building. It is very tastefully done. Very boutique feel. The staff is as nice as they come. My favorite was one of the gents serving at the bar, and of course Noemi at the front desk. Potentially the halls can get noisy as sounds carry, but its not a constant thing. The rooms are spacious, big bathrooms, very neat and clean, as is the bed. The lobby bar is quite quiet, which is wonderous for times I was doing work, but some people watching would also be nice - for that, they also set up a patio outside. It was far too cold for me on this trip, but im sure in the summer I could be out there for hours. Feel like an Icon, at the Embassy!
