  I am more than satisfied with the service provided. Driver Dennis texted me in advance to arrange the delivery of a bicycle. As I could not be home at the time of the delivery I provided him with detailed and somewhat complex instructions (including the use of a bicycle lock). He followed all of them very carefully and was always available. He also sent me a picture of the bicycle once delivered.

  Beyond awful. I've just had a bicycle delivered though this courier (in The Hague), and am still numb with shock. A very difficult and rude van driver with a ponytail just dropped it in the middle of a road with quite some traffic at this time of the day and declared it's none of his business to move it any farther. Okay, so I did myself. Next moment he was following me with a tirade about how rude and ignorant I am and that I failed !!! to do it nicely with him and hurt his feelings. No explanation whatsoever as to what got him started, just endlessly repeating that I was rude, 'the moment is gone and you can't mend it', -- like a betrayed lover. Cringeworthy. How come such incapable, socially awkward individuals are let anywhere near working with people is a mystery to me.

  Besseling Courier Services delivered a large package to me from - I suspect - a fairly large (Schiphol-related) client who, given the nature of the packages, must also have a lot of confidence in the courier company. I can only say that the package was delivered quickly and flawlessly at home with extra service from the helpful driver/delivery person.
