  Do not meet their own condition. I was supposed to receive a package on December 22, unfortunately I was not at home, but according to their condition this was no problem and it would be delivered to the neighbors. I live in an apartment so there are 7 of them. But to my surprise this was not done. No, the palette was returned to the supplier and no new attempt was made to deliver this package. A bit sad and annoying for me. I would also advise everyone, when you see that this delivery service is picking you up, to either be on the lookout before you pick up or actually the only solution is to order somewhere else where they will deliver with Post NL or DHL. And to conclude in the same way as the email from Fietskoerier Deventer B.V. Happy holidays.

  Doesn't take hellofresh boxes back for recycling (which incompany delivery does). But above all very messy communication. Communication about expected delivery often comes after delivery. Sometimes nothing comes at all...

  Worthless and unreliable delivery! After placing my order on Wednesday at Rituals I received an email that my order would be delivered on Friday at the latest. Friday 6:00 PM I had not received anything and no communication. I then contacted Rituals customer service and they indicated that I had to contact the store in Deventer. Because they were unreachable by phone several times on Friday and Saturday I contacted Rituals customer service again. They were very friendly and advised me to send an email. They then indicated that the order would not be delivered until Monday. Very annoying because I needed the package for the weekend and was not informed about a later delivery by the bicycle courier in Deventer. I have never had any problems with orders at Rituals, but due to the efforts of the bicycle courier I am calling it quits for the time being!
