  UPDATE: Finally received requested flag and am very happy with it. Didn’t arrive in time for last summer but will be enjoyed this summer. Not sure what the problem was but received extra flags as compensation.

  Great service! I was late picking up my order 3 times and without any hassle or fuss, my order was resent 3 times free of charge. The telephone contact was also pleasant and customer-friendly. If you want to buy a flag, be aware that this is a REAL entrepreneur and NOT a dropshipper! Thank you again for the service 👍🏼

  The website said the item I wanted was in stock, but apparently it still had to be shipped all the way from Ireland, which would take at least two weeks. It was too late for the wedding I ordered the products for. I returned them unopened when they finally arrived, but I didn't get a refund. It almost feels like a scam.

  I thought I could easily and quickly order 4 of the same flags in 2 sizes in one place. Upon delivery; 2 flags with the wrong print/color and 1 flag turned out to be on subsequent delivery. After almost 2 months I am still waiting for the next delivery. No response to email, no answer to calls, and one response via WhatsApp. Empty promises and promises... I will order elsewhere from now on. (Edit 3-5-2022) Finally received all four flags in the correct version; Shortly after the review I posted, there was still a response. Too bad it has to get a bad review first. In the end it was resolved well. Adjusted to 3-star...
