  Uncomplicated ordering, very personable and customer-oriented process. Responses to questions came quickly and a change request was implemented quickly without any problems. Delivery to another address was also made as discussed and the beach flags are high quality, the print is very nice and with the heavy weight you can also place them on the deck of a ship without them tipping over or flying away.   Last year, we purchased several beach flags here. Unfortunately, the boom is made of very thin aluminum and can break quite easily. During the first storm, a new boom was sent for a fee. Now, the booms have broken again in several of our branches. I politely asked for replacements. On several occasions, it was "supposedly" impossible to identify which part was being repaired from the photos. I sent several photos, the invoice, and even original photos from the website with markings. The same excuse was always given: it wasn't an item from this company. Or they couldn't tell from the photos. I think the problem is more than well known here, and the entire flagpole has now been replaced with a different model. Since all the rods would probably have to be replaced completely to properly process a complaint, they are now trying to avoid this step.
