  Their photos in the online shop are not good enough, no examples are shown with actual installations so it is har to understand what the accessoire is good for. Descriptions also do not cover every information. Product recommendations are also missing so we needed to order an additional item and now we have another which is not needed. The staff is very helpful on the phone and super quick with their answers. Delivery time is way behind NL standards, no next day delivery is available.

  Package was impeccable. The flag was wrapped in plastic inside of a small strong envelope that fitted in the mailbox. That made the service extra fast.

  Flags are very good value. We had an issue with postage charges and combined posting that still has not been resolved....watch this space...If it is resolved, I would make this a 4 or 5* review
