  What a bad company. Ordered a flag via bol.com with a maximum delivery time of a number of days stated on the site at Bol. Yesterday I should have received the flag. No flag. Also no track trace code that is correct when I click via post.nl. After contacting Vlaggen club, they keep referring to post.nl and Bol. They indicate that this happens more often. Strange that you always do business with these companies. After an exchange of emails I called both Bol and Vlaggenclub. Vlaggenclub is not that strong in services. They still refer to the other parties. They do offer the option that I can pick up my flag, but I do not order online for that. It is strange that the flag that can be picked up has no delivery time, but if you order via Bol it does. I experienced the conversation as very negative and really have my doubts about this company. I even indicated that if they send me the flag after all and I receive a duplicate I will send it back, but I also received a clear NO in this. People don't do business with this company because if things don't go well you won't get any service and you'll lose your money.

  Unfortunately, this company works with GLS. Today the message again, unable to deliver. Were home all day, no gls visible on camera. Good way to give your company a bad name before you even have the product.
