  Nice, clean, spacious kickboxing and mma gym. Needs some more "spirit" to beef things up. Good coaching. Convenient near & free parking in city centre. Now up to me to burn that corona fat. Although difficult when smelling all those restaurant fumes when walking to the car 🙃

  You can exercise very well here as a beginner, but you should also come here as a pro. Marco (trainer) is among the world's best. Very friendly, informal but certainly also professional atmosphere. After all, work has to be done, even if this is based on one's own abilities. I have not yet come across any overgrown types, scum or otherwise undesirables, they are elsewhere! Respect for each other and each other's abilities is important and I see that often.

  I've been training here for over 10 years. I have to drive a bit, but it's definitely worth it. It's a top-notch gym with professional coaching and a friendly atmosphere.

  I am now practicing MMA with it and I am completely satisfied with it. The instructor has good knowledge and techniques, which he likes to pass on to the students and there is a very pleasant/friendly atmosphere.
