The gym is nice but the bad thing about it is that the sauna is closed between 12 and 18 uur every day and that is not good for us customers!

What a filthy intention, all squash courts are rickety, dirty and it stinks everywhere. I don't think it has been serviced in years. When it rains it leaks everywhere.

Great gym. Good supervisors who make time for you and that is very motivating. I can last longer than previously thought.

I have been a member of many gyms, but each time I lost my motivation after a few months. I have now been an active member of the Helmond fitness club for 3 years, I started with 2 x a week and have now been 5 to 6 x a week for a year. For that I drive 28 im every time. There is a friendly atmosphere in the club, everyone is accepted, regardless of ability, age or origin. The instructors are very committed and professional.
