  went there to ask for help removing a basic square tapered bottom bracket off of an older mtb. The mechanics didn't even look at the bike and said they only have tools for city bikes... I don't recomend them at all.

  So far I have been there twice to get my bike repaired. Good service and fair price. Friendly personnel. A bit surprised at a few angry reviews... but my experience is quite positive.

  Well, we picked up our new purchases today. And we received fantastic service. We had delicious water and coffee, and the technicians were immediately available to help us out. Henk is also a fantastic service person who thinks along with you and always finds a solution. In a word, fantastic.
