  I received a bike through Fietsplan, but unfortunately, someone else broke it. I got a different bike in return, which had all sorts of defects. It also turned out I had insurance. If I'd known this, I would have taken advantage of it. Now, all my expenses, my hours worked, are gone, and I have no normal bike! I find it outrageous that they don't look for a solution. And I'm being fobbed off like this, because the bike can't be exchanged... I'll just have to buy a brand new one then ;) I understand that you don't take it back... I wouldn't want it for nothing if the battery keeps dying while cycling, brake discs need replacing, and brake cables were recently replaced. The costs are definitely piling up... I wouldn't recommend it here.

  Always had TOP service at Harold op het hout, we have been coming to this shop for years and have bought many bicycles, we have always been helped super well, also for a chat. Such a shame that this shop has left Mierlo-Hout (nice and close with TOP service). But fortunately the TOP service continues at Mari in de Rijpelberg, my bike was serviced, 2 x flat tire and 1x kicked through my chain, no problem for Mari SUPER service and my bike is properly adjusted again, we are happy as a family that we bought our bikes from Mari, service, knowledge and friendliness a 10 👍👌🚴‍♂️
