  Great if you want to walk out of your bedroom into a pool. Scrappy, cramped and unkempt rooms. Expensive for what you get. Bit of a disappointment. More Air b&b than hotel.

  I booked this hotel back in November so I could spend time closer to my family for the Christmas holidays, and the owner / manager requested I pay a 35 euro downpayment for a reservation, which later changed to a 100 euro downpayment, which I transferred a few days before my trip. Upon arrival, on December 24, in the evening, the room was extremely cold; the 3 radiators were all turned on, but none of them working. I immediately contacted the owner to report the problem, and within 10 minutes, the woman responsible for cleaning the rooms arrived. The solution they wanted to offer was a small portable heater, which in my opinion would have done very little, and I requested to cancel my reservation so I could find a more suitable stay that offered a normally heated room and comfort. In addition, the bathroom is extremely small; the shower barely offers space for one person to stand, and looked like a dixie toilet turned into a miniature bathroom. No wonder they showed no pictures of the bathroom on their website. The owner refused to refund my downpayment, despite them being in the wrong in this case; They could have checked, and should have checked during the day, if everything was working properly, especially the heating. For a 3 day stay, to arrive after 10 hours of travel to an ice cold room with a broken heating, is not acceptable in my opinion. Would not recommend staying here, purely based on this experience. One added point: I would have my partner stay in this double room for 1 night with me, out of my 3 night stay, and they requested an additional 55 euros for that as well, which I think is bad service too. Hotels, especially double rooms, charge maybe extra tourist tax for one more person, not almost a full nightly cost cover extra.

  What a lovely place! I had a very nice room, comfy bed, sitting area, view of the garden, swimming pool, chicken coop and sauna. The hosts brought breakfast to my room, and were very accommodating as to what I wanted to eat. They went to the trouble to make each breakfast a little bit special, which is just such a nice touch. I would definitely stay there again.

  We rented the whole house for a weekend as a family get-together. A very nice and spacious house. Enough bed and bathrooms. Good beds. Nice and friendly hosts. One Night we used the hottub, which was great. I would like to come back in summer when the pool is open and heated. The only thing I missed was some larger games like a pool table or pingpong table. Highly recommended
