  I contacted him several times but never heard back. I called him to ask what was going on, but he'd forgotten... too busy with other things. I was promised I'd let you know this afternoon or tomorrow at the latest... never heard anything back. I called another agent (not SNS!), and they took care of it the same day.

  Very bad. No better than the other prehistoric money stealers and grabbers. It no longer makes sense, they offer a service that is completely out of date and make enormous profits every year.
