    The employees are good, they help to solve any problem. minus a star for the fact that when I asked by phone if I could speed up the receipt of the card, I was offered to send the contracts and contact the bank in the city, the contract came in a week and I went to the bank, but they said that the contracts should be sent by mail, and they could not pick them up

    This bank is possibly the worst bank there is. The staff does their best but always has to ask someone else, who then remains "hidden". After the connection was broken today, I called again myself. They cancelled my account 11 years ago, and they should be happy that my mortgage is now being paid off. Because what a bank. Unfortunately I could not give half a star. But given the other reviews, someone within the bank should also scratch their heads... and ask themselves if they are not ready for some real customer satisfaction training. Which I would be happy to give them. (at a reduced rate) Addition 4-7 waited more than 20 minutes, then thrown out of the system, called back anyway and now waiting for 5 minutes again. How bad is that.

    An excellent bank online. I have been a customer for years, but the lady at the help desk upon arrival could not be more accurately described as a witch. She pushes off all the work and is of little help, if you ask her for help again you get a passive aggressive comment without useful content in combination with the most forced smile on planet earth. It was downright nasty to see older customers leave the building frustrated after they were unable to log in. I came to apply for a credit card, but there was a "technical glitch" that prevented her from printing out the terms and conditions. She then automatically accepted it for me. She couldn't explain clearly why. My afternoon has been ruined by this horrible human being
