  I don't understand how PostNL decided to go through to partner with this organization. They were supposed to deliver the package at home. Although, I was at home nobody rang the bell or knocked on the door. I just got the message that they missed me. No attempt was made to deliver it to the neighbors or at a closer pick up point. So the package was dropped of CA Logistics. Opening times barely fit any normal working person's schedule - Tue till Fri from 10:00 until 17.30. For Monday and Saturday is even shorter. How can I reach you? There is no way for me to visit before or after work. The package is 2.5 km away from my address. In reality there are few PostNL points closer and with better working times. No option from PostNL to ask for another deliver attempt or moving the package to a different point. A complaint was reported to PostNL about the situation.   Annoying that you have to pick up a package in Helmond because Nuenen is full????? I didn't know this at all, now I also see that I suddenly had to pick up the package earlier because the post nl point in Nuenen is full??? Where did my package go now and is it still there??? Does this company have a telephone number? I can't see or find it anywhere, The inability to find a telephone number for this company made me decide to give it 3 stars. I called Post nl, from there I called the sender, it is eventually resolved.

  I didn't know my package was here!? Didn't receive any email. Opening hours from 10:00 to 17:30... not convenient for working people. The collection point is also remote. Previously I could always pick it up at Primera. In the meantime, the review stars have been adjusted after a positive response. I will certainly contact PostNL because my delivery preference is simply set at Primera.

  It's a shame your PostNL package is being dumped here, with opening hours that don't really match a full-time job. Shouldn't be considered a parcel point for private individuals.

  Ideal pick up point for TNT packages, more than enough parking space. Super friendly and open until 8pm
